The Discerning Image LLC Web Site has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. The short version is: We do not sell or give away your name or any information about you, to anyone, without a court order except secure affiliated parties that would need that information in order or ship an order, charge an order or send information or order reminders and/or confirmations.

Every e-mail contact with you will include a simple link that you can click that will opt you out of any future non-essential mailings. Non-essential e-mails would include: if you have opted in with The Discerning Image LLC Web Site to recieve occasional email tips or important information about any changes to the site. This personal information would be your first name and email address only. This information we contract with a third party that are experts in security for your peace of mind and is not kept at this site’s location. To re-instate an email relationship with us, you would have to either send us an email or re-opt in to receive our emails.
